Thoughts guys ?   Looks as though it could be a big money spinner.

Income to the Club wise, how's that going to work? What's it actually mean in pound notes?  :dontknow:

Obviously its nice to have any additional money coming in, but as its not just Lynn that will benefit, any income Lynn received will be balanced out by the  same amount of money going to other Clubs. Surely it will be Status Quo on this front  (or Will NPL get Lions share).

I suppose it could help overall, but it won't give us a leg up over our competition. If some Clubs use additional money generated to go towards the playing budget, it will just help fuel the already spiraling costs of player wages.  i.e. if one Club feeds their share into their playing budget, other Clubs will have to follow and do the same so they are not left behind with regards to quality of players being signed.

Also, how will fans benefit? Could this additional income be used to lower the cost of match day tickets?

I would have thought an official global Noodle partner, would have been sorted by now. Given Lynn's Oriental connections.

Maybe you can't have a Noddle sponsor in case you upset people that prefer a Indian meal freshly delivered from such far flung locations such as Downham. :dontknow:

Spot on Paul good to see fresh money being pumped into the Club.  Lessens  the load  on Joe and indeed SC.   Does anyone know the anonymous sponsor of the main stand has renewed yet ?

Can we assume these new deals coming in are the results of the new International Manager that SC was advertising for a few months back?  Anyone know who it is ?

Could the International Manager and Joe be one and the same? Surely there is a commercial opportunity here for our entrepreneurial club owner to launch a board game, loosely based upon Cluedo?  Find the sponsor,, identify the investor etc etc??
Nocluedo?

We have an appropriate name for the game but how to solve the mystery?

Could the answer lie on that infamous table? If so, where is it hidden?

Behind you!    :laughcry:

Isn't it the Mick Wright Terrace at the Tennyson end of the ground?

I wonder what happened to the three investors that Cleeve found in January but couldn't invest until the summer.

Maybe that's one down and two to go.

Another friendly tonight at Soham.  Will this still be for getting minutes into legs or more getting a settle team together or will that be more for the Leiston game ?

Won 5-0.

General Discussion / Asset of Community Value
« on: July 18, 2024, 10:40:47 AM »
The Blue and Gold Supporters’ Trust have again successfully nominated The Walks Football Stadium to be registered with King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council as an Asset of Community Value (ACV).

This will see the Stadium remain on the register for a further 5 years.

Some 10 years ago, The Trust first submitted a nomination, and the Stadium has been registered as an ACV since then.
Nominations have to be submitted every 5 years.

Full details on Assets of Community Value can be found on the King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council website

Mildenhall away tonight in the our 3rd Friendly.  Think they are a Step 4 Club again after gaining promotion last season.
