I sincerely hope Cleeve keeps all his advice and opinions to himself. In fact I'd rather he said nothing to anyone.

We'll be able to tell how much clout he still has when we hear the music played as the team comes out 😖

He'll always have two seats in the Directors Box.

Kings Lynn's game tonight at The Walks, is it actually a Posh first team squad ,?
Just that I see they are playing at Boston Utd tomorrow afternoon

What do you think?

Do you know anyone at the Club you can ask?   :dontknow:

Haha I would suggest that is more likely to be found in your stat  nav than mine.  Now if it started with PE  :laughcry:

My car is too old to have a Sat Nav!   :laughcry:

At least Jo's sidekick Bal will have the advantage of having Stephen Cleeve beside him in the Directors box to offer advice e on where he went wrong.  That is if he takes advantage of his FOC Match day tickets.   The old pals act is alive and well. 😉

You been visiting NR10 for that info Mallard?

Blue & gold ,
Not quite sure what you mean " by Friday ?"
We had five very welcome volunteers today alongside a regular stalwart in Karl.
Big thanks to Richard for sorting this , allowing me to get on with a 101 little niggling things that needed to be addressed, but this list is never ending !

Sorry, meant Thursday but same applies be it Thursday or Friday.

I think that's 14 new players in and 8 retaining that's a squad of 22 I believe that will be it for the time being but you never know

Yes Malcolm. They certainly seems to be flashing the cash about, on the field and off. I thought the intention was to press the reset button.   :dontknow: Doesn't look that has happened so far. In fact quite the opposite.

On the Pitch, Jo is apparently prepared to support the playing budget to ensure the team is competitive (that sounds worryingly like the Cleeve Philosophy).

Off the pitch, Marriott's Warehouse and Mem's Kitchen treat for the squad and the Hangers on won't have come cheap!

Why they needed that I don't know, especially as they now have a full time Chef for the players. Two meals a day. Good work if you can get it!

The income from the big Commercial deals won't last long at this rate. Has anyone told Bal about the cold Tuesday winters nights and what can happen to the gate numbers (although in fairness, Jo did witness that personally  :laughcry:)?

Or what if we get a bad winter (been lucky on that one in recent years)?   :freezing:  Stash it away. Don't be tempted to spend it as soon as it comes in.

That's unless Bal has located and unlocked the £1 admission fee that was "ring fenced" by The Chairman (from memory, in an attempt to justify an increase to admission prices). Any report on that one Bal, or was the money paid by the supporters collected under false pretenses? Must be a few Grand there now!

Bal has access to the inner workings now. Maybe he'll let his stakeholders know exactly whats been going on.  :dontknow:

And, just who was the anonymous Stand Sponsor?

It's a useful bit of cash for the start-up bills, plus there's been no mention of it in the media or in the tickets section on the club website.

I don't think the Club will be too worried about the little bit they get from the Friendlies this season (unlike other seasons).

Bal's been a busy man and there's lots (and I mean lots) of money to come in from sponsorship money very soon.

The Owner of the Club will be at the Posh game, so don't forget to say Hi to him.

So why did he say that Joe was the owner if it wasn't the case or like you said has something happened that we are unaware of

Maybe a slip of the tongue, not aware of the situation, or something has happened?   :dontknow:

Clubs website:

Lynn F.C. Ltd is 100% owned by Blue and Gold Holdings Ltd, company Reg No 07102863.

The shares in Blue and Gold Holdings Ltd are owned 67% by Stephen Cleeve and 33% by Polina Cleeve.

And of course somewhere within his business empire, he has the lease to the Walks and therefore controls who plays football there.

Companies House still saying the same, with Stephen Cleeve the only Director, and still only the DCMS loan secured against Club.

Heaven only knows where this Half a Million Quid that Jo is supposed to be owed is accounted for.   :dontknow:

The Trust used to provide volunteers for the 10k run, and previously other Events.

I'm sure they would have been only too pleased to source the volunteers for the Club clean up, if it wasn't for the fact that they are required on a Friday.

Note to JR.

Joseph is not the owner. He may have control, but he's not the Owner. Two very different things.

That's unless something has happened that's not yet been reported on.   :dontknow:

It's like Turkeys voting for Christmas.

How it stands at the moment, maybe.

Surely Clubs with Supporters Trusts either owning or being financially involved, will support an Independent Regulator.

You would imagine all of this list are in support https://www.fairgameuk.org/fair-game-clubs  Thankfully the issue isn't which clubs do or don't support the Independent Regulator because they are 'Independent' so therefore should be able to make better decisions (within their remit) without having to worry about getting that decision through a vote of self interested clubs.  The shame for us is that it only goes down to step 5 (National League) which again brings into question whether the National League board is really the best vehicle to run steps 1 AND 2 of non-league given the radically different landscape that exists at those two levels.

As always with such things, a lot could depend on the individuals who are appointed to work as regulators.

Unfortunately people's attitude and objectives have been known to change when they get near to, or indeed become, part of the establishment.

Let's hope they have good lawyers and deep pockets.

We often hear the term "re set button".

Is the game beyond repair?
