I presume that nothing more can be done until DCMS agree to the terms submitted to them.

Not just the repayment of the loan, but also who the Directors will be once Cleeve is no longer involved.

He's still there, with him and his wife still being the only shareholders in Blue and Gold Holdings, which hold the shares in the club.

Bal and Jo have this irrevocable power of attorney (apparently) which gives them control of the club and it's activities.

So, no real takeover of the club as yet. What they have done will allow them to ensure the club can operate on a day to day basis.

Elvis has not left the building yet!

I'd heard (true or not) that NL and FA matters are all sorted and it was only the DCMS matter (I suppose that really means half a million matters) to sort out now.   

Going forward, I'm not that hopeful that communication with supporters will be any better than previously, unless those at the Club want something.

From what we have now been informed, it would appear that Bal and Jo have been persons with significant control since the beginning of last year. You don't have to own any shares or even be a Director for this, but it's a legal requirement that Companies House are informed of all people that are Persons with Significant Control (PSC). It's not discretionary.

I'm sure Bal and Jo would be aware of this, so for people that want to demonstrate good governance going forward, I do wonder why they don't appear to want their names registered at Companies House.

It was sad to hear of the death of former Lynn player, manager, and club president and ambassador Keith Rudd.
He was player-manager 1977-79 and again later in 1979 to 1984. He had two spells in a caretaker management roll before returning again to the hot seat in February 1989 to May 1990 - a total of 445 games in charge.
He scored 185 goals in over 500 appearances for Lynn, his first goal coming in April 1968 and his last in November 1983.
Away from The Walks he was a player for Corby Town, Stevenage, a manager at Wisbech Town, a cricketer and a school teacher.

I've just been informed that Lynn legend Keith Rudd has passed away, aged 79.
