Should be on all the Facebook pages connected with the club. It is helping with the finances after all.

Let's hope it's well attended.

I wasn't aware of this.

I've now asked Club Media team if they would be kind enough to advertise the event on the Clubs website and Facebook page.

That’s right Paul, it’s early days.  I think the reason a club like Dereham are so successful with their Academy is through the tie-up with Easton College.   Why are we not tied up with our local College.  Surely that has to be high on the list to make it work.

Haven't we got a tie up with Gresham College?   :dontknow:

Aha Mallard..my apologies.
Suppose that's a possible but if their pitch is being used once or twice every week for matches, plus Wisbech training on it, I wouldn't have thought it would take Lynn training on it also.
Quite surprised Lynn Ressies might use on  Friday and then Wisbech day after.

I thought Wisbech had a separate training pitch.  :dontknow:

I wonder what that means for the scholarship too. The kids have been told they will be training and playing games on the walks pitch. I guess they will be moved elsewhere too?

I wonder if rather this announcement is linked to the scholarship kids training and playing on the walks pitch.

A good question LL, that some have been asking since the Scholarship program was announced. To many it comes as no surprise that Reserves are not playing at Walks next season, but they may be surprised at the choice of venue.   :dontknow:

Is that the same one that Mott the Hopple makes an appearance? Great fan of his music in the 70’s!

It would be nice if a few of the more local players, could join in and enter a team.   :scarf:

A Norwich fan told me that he heard that a certain Mr. Hoolahan was on his way to Lynn. I'm sure this is just the usual Chinese whispers.
I think you'll find B & G that the prediction about Mr Hoolihan came from a 17 year old Norwich supporting friend of my son. Mallard... stealing ideas from children! Whatever next?
 :laughcry:

I doubt VERY much, that's where Mallard gets his information from!

Watch this space ............... not finished yet!

Wes for 1500 notes a week Graham ?

Two big names coming in?

With your record on predicting who's joining, nothing would surprise me.

What used to be known as an “enforcer” when he was in your team was known as a thug who should be sent off if he was an opponent.  Now, in the modern era, the “physical game” doesn’t really exist because you’ll never see a player pick himself up with a smile on his face and congratulate the player who almost broke his leg for his expert piece of “enforcement” !  Whereas you might do if it were really part of the game.....BTW, on Leeds of old, I can still remember their brilliant 27 pass movement against ? in another mauling - and Eddie Gray was Poetry !  Obviously this is a game of opinions !

Against Southampton. Leeds ran out 7-0 winners.

There have been numerous other games where the figure of 27 passes has been bettered. For example Liverpool achieved 51 against Bournemouth, but were also on the wrong end of 29 consecutive passes against Barcelona.
