General Discussion / Referees you would rather not see
« on: October 05, 2019, 05:50:36 PM »
Was at the Swaffham v Whitton United game today. Finished 2-2. The referee was a Mr Alastair Wilson. The general consensus around the ground was that he was the worst referee ever seen. Even at this level he seemed to think he was the star attraction. Should be struck off the referees list. Thank god he has not been seen at Lynn this season

Enjoyed the game the team played football throughout. Was a good performance and crowd very vocal.  :cup2:

If he did would not be enough for what he did. What's the weather like in Lynn at the moment?

Very disjointed performance probably worst of the season. Great spirit shown late on. Need to hope it was a one off

Wonder if Chris Smith will be ready for Gloucester...been out of action for a little while ?
That was clearly no foul the number 10 got him booked with a theatrical dive and shout

Great win we were dominant throughout. Thought the only plan they had to stop Gashie was to foul him. Should have had a lot more free kicks than we got

Depends Mike.  If you had fitted it and been offered free admission, would you have accepted it or been happy to pay at the gate along with the rest of us?
Would still pay at the gate

Either people are ‘voluenteers’ Or they receive remuneration ( in whatever shape that comes) Can’t have it both ways.  I’ve seen too many ‘freeloaders’ at Clubs in the past.  For me, if theses people are true supporters of the club then they would pay, like the rest of us. For example do the people doingbthr 50/50 pay admission ?
Where does that leave me? Offered to fit the glasswasher does that make me a volunteer or a freeloader

The faithful sang there hearts out they were brilliant. Shame some Warrington fans didn't like defeat and attacked the Lynn fans. Poor stewarding and poor ground. The Linnets were brilliant
