I actually think it is time for the moment to put the politics of the club to one side? We all have our thoughts and opinions on the way the club is run,there will never be definitive right or wrong way to proceed! Love him or loathe him Mr Cleeve runs the club,and we as King's Lynn fans have to decide whether to support the club or not? I myself would love to see massive numbers get down to the ground and make some noise,if you are a fan you are a fan,follow the team not the owner? :scarf: :scarf: :scarf:
Nicely put Gris !!!

Should we now be supporting the Pelicans if there's not a home game .?

Do they play football? No I don't think they do!
Are we linked to Heacham FC, as they provide our training facilities? Yes they do!
So is it not good PR to promote Heacham home games? Yes it is!
Would you like to promote Pelican home games on here? If yes then just bloody do it!
 :banghead; :banghead; :banghead;
Maybe they don't  train at Heacham anymore, just saying .

We also don't seem to have great contacts.......

I wouldn't think that Backie would have many (if any) contacts at this level, but would expect Culverhouse to have some.

Maybe he has, and knows exactly who he wants to sign, but the simple reason why he is not getting them in is that he's not being given the money to do so.

Westlandstar on his post the other day, that he removed, stated that a list of 5 players was given to the Chairman, but none of them were signed.

If that's true, then "mystery" is solved.

If it is a case of there not being money available to sign these players, I don't know why the Chairman or Manager just don't come out with it and say so. It would end all the speculation and its only what the supporters think is the reason anyway.

Lets be honest, what contacts do we expect IC or RB to have at this level ? Neither have had any experience down/up at our current level of football.

The F O T L Supporters Club are having an open evening to members and non members on the 7th of September. The idea of the meeting is to ask the fans what they would like us to do going forward and if we get the fans backing we are planning to hold a social evening once a month. In the very near future fans will be able to join FOTL online
