General Discussion / Re: Category B matches. Statement by Mr Cleeve.

Wonder if they,d be prepared to pay 15 for a end of season top of table clash like we had against Nuneaton in 95/96. I know I bloody well would, as would many of the over 3500 who turned up that day. Oh for another Brett McNamara or Lee Hudson.

General Discussion / Negativity
« on: July 14, 2017, 11:04:19 PM »
Get a grip fellas, the overall / general feeling on this forum focuses on the negatives, already the squad is not good enough, players are not fit, prices are too high, glasses are plastic, sausage rolls are overpriced. FFS we've had two 45 minute halves of friendly football and already the knives are out.
We've got a young squad, a manager with oodles of football experience/ knowledge at a good level, a chairman who appears to want to drive the club forward, a great support base, a ground most clubs would be proud to play at, we're still in all the cup completions, joint top of the league, a reserve team, a potentially great youth development system, Setch and Buster are in the past so be thankful for what they did for us , and move on .
Get behind and support the new regime both on and off the pitch.

Come on you Linnets  :scarf:

Has Curly left or is this a made up rumour ?

Although I think this is a great idea and don't want to knock it lets think of the potential sales, average home gate circa 550, I'd guess 200 sales from those, other interested parties, what maybe 100, would it be financially viable ?

Why don't we just let Mr Cleeve worry about the financial side of things (after all that is his responsibility) and just look forward to and enjoy being football supporters

Yes,let's just stick our heads up our butts and give him our money every week, Red Star King's Lynn FC anyone?  :banghead; :banghead; :banghead;
Id pay 12 a week to watch you stick your head up your butt Grissles, least while your attempting to do it you won't be able to post anymore inane drivel.

On paper we've gotta be pleased with signings made so far but does anybody think there's gonna be a big name signing to come?

Grissles are you happy with the touch lines yet, do they meet your standards or do they need to rip it all up and start again

Why should a bank account worry or concern a football supporter, surely the important thing is they are continuing to forge links with the local community, hopefully finding, training and nurturing local talent to play for Lynn rather than getting away to Norwich or Cambridge etc
