A disappointing conclusion to the season BUT need to reflect what has been achieved. Highlights have included the cup win at Doncaster, the double win over Boston and most notably the winning run after TW left the club! I felt the awards given after the Curzon game were a bit premature; the season had not ended! The Lynn players looked tired and the substitutes certainly didn't look match sharp!
I thought the Forum was pretty quiet during the winning run but reasonably lively since yesterday.
I think TH should be given a chance with the manager's job. Can anyone name a better candidate?

Apparently some Chester fans badly behaved at the end of their game

It's a funny old game. I was looking forward to Kings Lynn v Chester next weekend. Brackley did well to win there and certainly ripped up the form book when you look at their recent results at the end of the season! Anyway , to next season. Local games with Boston to look forward to and hopefully the football won't be too expensive to watch.

Ben's dismissal yesterday? Been watching the highlights and don't understand why he was sent off?

For anyone travelling by road via A17 A1 at the weekend I believe the A17 is closed Sat/Sun beyond Sleaford for resurfacing.

All set up for a great end of season. Either Fylde or Lynn will win the league but many in contention for a play off place with some latecomers coming up on the rails e.g. Curzon Ashton and Kidderminister ( like Lynn both in form teams ). Chester confirmed in the play offs via third place at the moment ( incidentally, they have been rehearsing for the play offs by beating Everton in a behind closed doors friendly).

Should we be worried?
No.
As a supporter I shall pay my admission money tomorrow. That's the extent of my financial consideration regarding Kl. Rather than worry, I am looking forward to the possibility of promotion. Been impressed with the enthusiasm and positivity shown by the players since TW has left. Must soon be time for player of the season consideration. Josh Coulson, Adam Crowther or Michael Clunan get my vote!

It looked like 200 or so Linnets today. A great three points achieved by Fortress Lynn. Everyone played well but particularly the defence. Josh Coulson and Adam Crowther joint men of the match ! Only 1 goal conceded in the last 4 games and 3 clean sheets in the last three away games. Michael.Clunan the provider for both goals from well taken corners; excellently dispatched by Josh. A good ground to visit. £10 admission ( no.surcharge for a seat)) , cup of tea £1. Friendly and helpful.stewarda. .

If a win against Kettering is achieved tomorrow and I am correct in my calculation, that at least third place is virtually assured and a home tie in the semi final

So now to get on and get the job done. If we win our next five home games there will be a strong chance of promotion. All the remaining games will be tough particularly the away games with fellow play off hopefuls Alfreton and Darlington. Any points in the away games will be points gained. The three home league games need to be won. P.s. Good away wins at Hereford and Chorley!
