Stephen Cleeve stated on Twitter the streaming would be free!!!!!

Apparently you have to download the LInnets app which I believe costs a fiver. So not technically free although apparently you also get a free bet.

 :dontknow:

Hasnít cost me anything. Been playing since it was launched (not very successfully) and itís not asked for any money. All bets have been free.

Thanks.

But still not clear - a few clubs have said itís the lottery paying the money, government will keep an eye of things and will put the money after 3 months if needed.

Either way itís good news.

Chester have confirmed money is from the lottery, no mention of the government paying any?

Ollie Bayliss ď The National League is assured 3 months of funding from the National Lottery.

I understand the DCMS will stay in regular contact with the League & the situation will be reviewed should additional funding need to be considered in January.

So who is paying the actual money? Read several reports today, including Ollie Bayliss, saying money confirmed as coming from the lottery and the government will step in after 3 months if needed?

Isnít the money coming from the National Lottery? Therefore no tax payers money involved?

There was a comment from the Peterborough chairman a few weeks ago to say that they (Peterborough) would cover the wages of all players on loan at clubs.

Thanks Paul. That's nice to hear.

Don't know if that's the case with Lynn, presume as he said it it would be? Just a shame some have to find a negative with every positive.

Just about sums football up....begging for money...begging to be given training facilities...wanting government handouts all on the one hand and signing a player on the other.....unbelievable.. :dontknow:

Sadly, I have to agree with you.

One of the results of the season so far?

Disappointing to concede a last minute goal on Saturday, behind twice and come back to win 4-2.

We're not a bad team really.

IC said in his interview after last nights game, he's hoping to have a permanent signing in by Saturday.

Smith another 4 weeks out, Fryatt awaiting an MRI scan.

Ward would be a good signing. If it's him!

Seems to some this running a footy club is easy ... just because an extra 400 doesnít mean all paying £15 + ( students kids concessions a lot cheaper) then the added stewarding etc all come at a cost plus thereís still bills to pay , few extra pints and pkt off crisps is going to get you much !
Love the fact how one bad day at the office ( to some ) suddenly lets all start knocking the running of the club .... I trust in SC and IC and like many have said storm in a tea cup

Good post Bluboy

The same club official in his programme notes said he hoped for a 10th - 12th place finish. Should I take it thatís the clubs view?

Also, with regards the crowds I personally only take it as true if it comes from the chairman. Heís not told us what attendance the budget is based on?

13
At the beginning of the season did not Mr Cleeve say that his break even attendance would need to average 750/800?

Grissles, if my memory is correct, I think you have got the correct figure, but the wrong  Club Official.

It was also an opinion, not a fact.

Does that mean that everything we are told by a club official is just an opinion and not a fact?  :dontknow:

Itís up to you what you want to believe.

Glass glasses or not allowed on terraces , fact. If glass glasses were used in the bar they'd have to have someone permanently on the door to stop people taking then out.
As for the queues issue, get there a bit earlier, simples.

I have never had to queue at any other ground at our level?

I have. Slough away season before last immediately springs to mind.
