Gloucester taking legal advice around no promotion/relegation between step 1 and 2.

This could take a while!

His predictions so far have been way off the mark...

Hence why they're call predictions........

Thought Cameron King was excellent last night. Bit of a free role for him and arguably his best game of the season.

Shame our owner canít come out and give the fans his thoughts.    He is never normally slow at expressing his opinion on a range of subjects.  It must be 3 weeks since his last podcast.  Last season when we were in for Promotion PPG etc  on one occasion he did 3 podcasts inside a week.

Come on Stephen letís be having your thoughts at the very least.

He's given his thoughts to the Lynn News & EDP, and as others have said, on the stream last night.

Dulwich Hamlet (and other NLN/NLS clubs) have been charged (likely to be fined) by the league for not playing their last 2 fixtures and Southport have been sent correspondence by the league warning them they same will happen if they don't play their fixtures. Would explain why Lynn are still playing?

Chesterfield website:

Virtual Match sponsors: The Kingís Lynn Shakespeare Festival.

Should read the story - the organiser is a Chesterfield fan. They have also got a board at The Walks.

Interesting thing is how the football league will react if National League stops and therefore no promotion/relegation in/out of the football league? National League committee been pushing for 3 up 3 down for a while now, if league stops I'm not sure that'll help them get to that.

Says on the club website that Kiwomya and Brown both doubtful with injuries.

Iíve seen a few clubs, and MPís, have sent letters to DCMS saying it would cost government more on furlough payments than the £11 million so not just Mr Cleeve saying it. Iím sure they know better than us fans.

Probably, but I bet thereís not many anywhere near that figure in North and South.

Would say the likes of York, Boston, Hereford wouldnít be far of that figure? Plus the likes of Notts Co, Stockport, Wrexham, Chesterfield to name just a few. Would imagine the full time clubs in ours and the North woulda be more than £15k a week?

Hereford happily broadcast they had a playing budget of £700,000 last season.

£750k a year would be a wage bill of about £15,000 per week. Bet several clubs are more than that

Maybe in the World we all find ourselves in Paul, some people find it hard to get excited about a new signing when for example there are Children out there who are not being fed.

Maybe a bit more prospective and humanity wouldnít go amiss.

Strange comment, absolutely no relation between the two.

Oh well, time to look forward to seeing the new signing play and the rest of the season (if it happens).

Hope you enjoy it.

Ollie Bayliss

I understand that the DCMS has indicated to the National League that their £11m of funding will be in loans.

Grants will only be available in exceptional circumstances.

The National League is encouraging clubs to contact their local MP to ask them to lobby DCMS.

Ollie Bayliss

Replying to
Many clubs are extremely concerned about the funding situation & reluctant to take on loans.

Some would prefer to furlough players & staff rather than continue playing the season.

The League will meet with clubs on Wednesday to discuss the situation.

Reading the first part of that Mr Cleeve is only doing what the league has suggested by contacting our local MP??
