I know who owns it thanks. 99p store still exists at the moment though.

On another note, would think that the lack of sponsor is having a knock on effect in the club shop. Can imagine several people are still waiting to buy shirts, so again that's a lack of money coming in

Seeing as you like saving money so much you'd be better off going to a 99p store

Have the trust actually asked their members if they'd be willing to sponsor a game or player? Or is that not even possible due to how a trust is run?

I only saw the reserves a couple of times last season but Kev White was the best player on the pitch each time. Always need experience in a side no matter what level you're playing at

It was evident against Redditch that we need a bigger and better squad.
With any injuries or suspensions, we need a decent player to step in.
More of the quality like McWilliams would be good.

Absolutely, McWilliams only been here for 2 games but already impressing and looks committed to the cause. I don't suppose Northampton have a couple more of his quality they'd like to loan us!!

Very good point Andy. At the moment people who aren't members see all that money sitting there without helping the club. It would be good publicity for all concerned if a few quid of that actually went into club coffers.

Be interesting to see what happens when the colder weather gets here. I remember when Buster put prices up to 1.50 from 1 and several on here, and at the ground, said they wouldn't buy it. As soon as weather got cold I saw several of them buying hot drinks. I guess time will tell.

But what if food/drinks sales are on a par with last season or more?

All 3 home games so far I've seen queues at the tea hut/burger bar and the cafe.

Would have thought strengthening the team and sorting a sponsor out were bigger issues than if you can take a sandwich into the club. I guess everyone sees thinks differently

Would have to be removed by the person who uploaded it, in this case Paul Hampson.

A good first half from Lynn. I thought they pressed the ball well, giving Redditch little time to play. Just about held on in the second half.
Street:7/10 - great save in the second half.
Liam Fryatt:6/10 - did ok
Castellan 6/10 -still seems a bit off the pace
Quigley: 8/10 a rock at the back
Yong: 6/10 - a bit off form this season. Gave the ball away a lot.
Clunan: 6/10- like Yong not quite firing yet
Stephenson: 7/10 - worked hard not as much impact as usual.
McWilliams:8/10 - another impressive performance.
Zielonka 7/10 - like Navas- great at getting past defenders; poor final ball.
Edge: 5/10- played out of position. Negligible impact.
Mettam 5/10 - poor control otherwise might have had a brace.
Gary Mills:6/10 not on for long
Sam Gaughran 7/10 - playing well until injured.
Toby Hilliard 7/10 - made an pact before injured

Fair marks. McWilliams was definitely man of the match in my view, not sure how Stevo got it even though he did OK?

Why don't the trust get back in contact with Mr Cleeve rather than waiting round for a call? No harm in asking him for another meeting?

Would have thought that IF an offer is on the table for shirt sponsorship it would make sense just to take it? Any money better than no money. You can always work on a more suitable deal for next season if necessary.

Have the trust approached the club to offer support or to arrange a meeting, or are they waiting for the club to approach them? Wouldn't it show good will to approach the club?

Just have to look at Mettam past clubs. He's always scored goals, but I guess at those clubs he got more service than he is currently getting?
