Should we now be supporting the Pelicans if there's not a home game .?

Do they play football? No I don't think they do!
Are we linked to Heacham FC, as they provide our training facilities? Yes they do!
So is it not good PR to promote Heacham home games? Yes it is!
Would you like to promote Pelican home games on here? If yes then just bloody do it!
 :banghead; :banghead; :banghead;
Maybe they don't  train at Heacham anymore, just saying .
No as they don't wish to train on grass as IC wanted.

Gordon, I do not know you in person but do know you as a local business man. You obviously have had a massive fall out with the club chairman and hevent got a good word to say about him. Thats ok by me but with your always nasty remarks you are sinking to the same depths that you consider he is at and to me that makes you worse than him. I must say that like you he has made some terrible mistakes but has also kept the club going for the last few years. Why not try to heal the wounds as the club which is bigger than both of you needs every bit of help it can get. Good luck.
There is only one person who can heal the wounds and that is the person that inflicted them. He knows where i am.
If the truth is classed as a nasty remark then that is a sad day Wixy.

Nice to see it spelt out so clearly. All the new manager has really got to do is win the next three games.

Given that he might not be in place for the Dover game, his first four league games (with current league positions) would be Halifax (3rd), Notts County (5th), Chesterfield (1st) and Grimsby (4th) - if anyone can produce three wins from those four games they won't just take us to safety but will probably get us in the playoffs!
3 wins out of those 4 and he deserves to be chauffeur driven by SC to away games. Lol!

Whats the amount of the players budget
Really? I have been told all of superb after match food (well done Illyias) and bottle of Prossceco if you get Man of the Match!
The camaraderie there i wouldn't be surprised if the players actually pay to play!

Seemingly another person not on talking terms with SC has been removed from the Walks!

What other businesses do we know that owe HMRC 20 million or even 20000. You the public are picking up the tab paying YOUR taxes!
Also being a Forest supporter myself no sympathy especially when Rooney is still being fully paid, on time every week when the players are not being paid likewise the businesses that are owed big time.
So sorry its about time HMRC set a precedent and then perhaps a lot more companies would pay up on time! Might lessen the load then on Joe Public. Not holding my breath though.

Is Lynn legend Jack Defty still pulling a shirt on over there ?
Jack is suffering with sciateca and unfortunately out till after Christmas.  Thankfully anyone who has pulled the 9 shirt on in his absence has done the business. Some great youngsters on the books also and the management and coaches are not frightened to play them and again they have all been worthy of the shirt.

:argue:Allegedly there is money available for players, where did that magic from as it wasn't available for Culverhouse?

Wonder if we can find a player manager of the right ilk... would be a cost effective thing to do and given the youngsters some direct leadership on the pitch
What youngsters are they KES? By youngsters i would think u20s but as far as i am aware there is nobody in that bracket certainly not literally at the club daily, possibly only the likes of Joe Gascoigne, Fleming out on loan.

One good reason why not
Three for starters:
1/ He doesn't have any experience managing at this level
2/ He is unlikely to have the contacts required
3/ When he left last time, I don't believe his relationship with SC was great

Those 3 took me 5 seconds to come up with.....if I took another 10 seconds I could probably come up with a few more, but what's the point, as Blu has said, great servant at a lower level in the past, but let's stop forever looking backwards and move on.
No contacts hey! Where did he find Craig Mackell Smith and Rene Howe from if he has no contacts.Perfect players in the situation that KLTFC are in at the moment. Been there done that and worn the t-shirt. And no i am not saying come home Setch. I have known him since the day he was born as used to play in the same team as his dad many years ago. He was dumped once by SC (who actually asked me personally if he should get rid of him, obviously i did not reply, so why would he want to go back for round 2?

Should be a good test then of SCís ability to find a player.  I wonder if this will be the way forward with the Chairman putting a squad together for a coach to get a team out of it.
People have said theres been no planning but maybe he deserves a bit of credit.18 month contracts for step 2 or 3 players so maybe he is building for the future and life without Culverhouse. He seems to be building for a future of step 2 football.
What recent chairmen in all of football have lasted more than a few games running the club and the day to day of the team?
When our chairman had to phone a previous manager recently asking for advice!!!!!!!!!

Yes! Although we did beat Peterborough Sports who are higher than Thurlow Nunn.
The next 2 home games will confirm if we stand any chance of surviving, which i already think is to late.
SC Bringing in a forward from lower league football i cannot see is going to be the answer to our scoring problems. Hopefully he proves me wrong but to state ex Colchester United when he didn't actually take part in any first team game is an overstatement.
Considering we had one of our own on a contract with a substantially higher goal ratio who was given all of 30 minutes and then discarded cheaply!

Great to read the positive attitude of the local paper.
" Gates continue to dwindle" nonsense and incorrect.
Glad I don't waste my money buying the paper.
So who's set of answers are you taking as gospel re gates.
Southend 2683 good but mostly Southend
Chesterfield 1806 not good enough
Dagenham and Redbridge 859 dreadful
Wealdstone 885 awful
Barnet 1007 rubbish
Solihull Moors 1009 not good enough
Peterborough Sports, local + Gash and Fryatt 1013 pathetic
Boreham Wood 1160 dire
Walsall 1934 pathetic
Wrexham 1070 that mysteriously became 1470, shameful.
To me that is dwindling gates because the damage was done announcing the highest admission prices, sponsor boards trebled in price when the sponsors had been told by email no change etc etc.
No i do not believe most of the media, especially Saturdays EDP but the above figures that are mostly during the better weather so far average 1382.6 and the way the team is performing at the moment there is only 1 way that figure is going to go and thats downwards as in dwindling.
