The population of the area is more than enough to support a League club, Accrington is only 34,500 and  Morecambe approx 34000, they manage quite well, it's all down to how the club is run.

Probably another youngster carrying an injury or returning from one.

Agreed Loopy. Reminds me in a way of John Gidman, who had all the charm, banter and one liners and look how that ended!!

Think it was Neil Fryatt.

Coastal Linnet it always used to be that if a local referee inspected the pitch then he had to be at the same level as the match referee. Chances are if there are any officials at that level in the area then they would be on their way to a fixture.

It's lack of information from the club as much as anything, if the potential signings were to expensive or not fit enough or unwilling to come, then inform us. Supporters thrive on little titbits of information drip fed.

Was impressed with TW's YouTube interview last week, but with no news or new signings I trust  he hasn't been reading the same book as SC on bull****.

Probably no comments because there is nothing to moan about in the performance.

If you listened to the South African doctor who discovered this variant on GB News tonight, she said its a very mild illness and nothing like the Delta variant which we had in the summer. I think Boris is trying to deflect from all the criticism.

Simon Rusk. Peterborough born played for York City and Boston Utd amongst others. Was U23 coach at Brighton and had a glowing reputation of developing young players many of whom are now playing in the Premier League at Brighton. Would be ideal if interested.

I think SC has to take responsibility for the off field decisions and the clubs financial position, it was he who decided that he didn't want any other party involved, or if he did then he still wanted to make all the decisions. IC has to take responsibility for the playing side. He signed the players, decides the tactics and picks the team. I'm sure if players were signed behind his back then he would have made sure that we all knew. Where do we go from here? I have no idea, but let's just hope there is a club and team at the end of the season.
