As I said....no intention of stopping....was a way of keeping the money rolling in....while we await crowd participation... :dontknow:

I hope so too Paul...would be good to enjoy a pint.... and a normal game of football with some atmosphere again....but if its behind closed doors with just a few self entitled or mates getting in they can keep it......got a feeling the government are seeking ways of pulling the rug from under our feet.... :dontknow:

As I said...I dont believe there is or ever was any intention of stopping. First it was Wrexham will be the last game...then it was Weymouth will be the last game....what is he hanging on for?....if it's anything else other than money I'd be surprised. IC seems to have made his feelings perfectly clear on it... :dontknow:
At the end of the day if Cleeve takes on a massive loan....and decides in 5, 10 yrs time....sod it I've had enough....the loan remains at the club

Let's hope so KES....imo..any player in the squad at present is replaceable....the level of manager/coach we have at the club for this level of football is not....Cleeve would do well to ensure if one person at the club was happy then it was that man....just my opinion though... :farmer:

I wonder how long IC would be interested in such an amateurish set up.....plenty of professional jobs on the horizon..... :dontknow:

A debate about a match we all watched is hardly going to last as long or draw as much interest as a debate about something that is going on that none of us know what the outcome will be....especially when a bit of spice is added by someone... :dontknow:

General Discussion / Re: NL hoping to continue?
« on: February 22, 2021, 10:32:23 AM »
I suppose a radical way of sitting out or continuing with no punishments in NL NLN and NLS would be:
Allow the teams in all 3 divisions that wish to play on for the chance of promotion to do so.
Allow the teams in all 3 divisions that want to sit out to do so....no punishment.
Champions and promotions as normal.
Relegations in each division those that chose to sit it out go in a hat and draw lots.

Bit radical, but ensures at worst a relegation if you're unlucky, no financial penalty for missing games and if you want to carry on the option is there.... :dontknow:
