Obviously don't want to sell many first team shirts...same policy as ground entrance.......sell some at high price rather than loads at an affordable price...but hey at least it's consistent.....thing is once you've got a hat or scarf, that'll do for twenty years or more, but people like the current shirt...if it's affordable......where's that C D.............I have a hunch he'll arrive at Christmas dressed as Santa....if he is patient he might be able to join the FOTL online, shortly after that :laughcry:

To my mind either keep them because you genuinely want them, in which case find them a step 3 club to loan them to or let them go and find their own level. Eastleigh seem to give a handful of their Academy a first team contract each year.......few are there a year or two later.
Makes me wonder if clubs do this to promote the Academy pathway ie to encourage lads to join the academy set up...... just don'tsee how you can  use someone as a sub at step 1 one minute and then be happy to loan him to Wisbech the disrespect to Wisbech.

I don't know if anyone else agrees, but I am a little surprised by where these players are being loaned out to ?

Is it that the club doesn't have the local contacts at step 3 ?

I would have thought someone who has signed a first team contract with a NL team and appeared on the subs bench, would need to be playing at step 3 to further their ambitions of playing at step 1 in the future. Joe Taylor seems like he should be playing higher than the level Wroxham are currently at too.

Maybe I am speaking out of turn.

Hopefully he is au fait with all things on -line, given the anticipated rush of new applications....... assuming the on line application form arrives this season.

Personally can't see it making any difference on any level if Mazza came back.... apart from the wage bill..........a fantastic player for us in the past and we are all extremely lets look to get behind a new striker who can do the job at NL level.

Lots of positives..........but survival will depend on goals giving us points.

At the start of the season I would have hoped for a home point against the better sides.

So a point at home in the first 3 would be acceptable, didn't expect anything away to Yeovil and hoped for a point at that would still give us 4 points from 5 games.

Next two are really important........using the same criteria, I am hoping for apoint at Alty and 3 at home to Wealdstone.......... anything less and we will have an uphill struggle. We must get something from each of the next two and cannot afford to lose...... against the teams in our mini league, the points effectively count if we beat Wealdstone we are 3 points to the good against them, but lose and its 3 the other way.

We seem to lack composure in front of goal.......while we are short of out and out strikers, is it worth putting a young raw but confident  Joe Taylor on the bench and giving him 20 minutes to see what happens, if we are struggling to find the net in the next two matches ?

It also feels after 5 games that it's time to stop giving away goals in the first ten minutes of each half.........we can't afford to keep repeating errors.

It is early days, I know and goals breed confidence, but so far none of the front players- two permanents and two loanees have made an immediate impact and look like regular goalscorers.

IMO the only front player we have had who looked a good forward at this level, from the very first moment  was Loza.

Lets hope that the right combination and confidence can be found up front, with the personnel we currently have.

Lynn need to find a way to win in these close games....we are now dropping behind in our mini league..... Weymouth and Wealdstone now ahead of us like last season. Defence performing pretty well, but much more needed from the front men.

Lynn had a free hit last season, but so did Alty, Weymouth, Wealdstone and all the clubs are much more aware of what is required....there are no newbies from the league below this year....lets hope for a positive result at Alty.... .. 4 points from 5 games /15points isnt great.
