General Discussion / Kettering away
« on: March 11, 2020, 12:36:35 AM »
Being fairly local game I expect there will be a large following from lynn here as like others it'll be a vital game. My question is; They're ground is pretty rubbish  :laughcry: aren't teams supposed to segregate in this league for big games, would this even be possible at Kettering?
 :bus:
Ps just trying to distract thoughts after tonight's disappointing game!  :scarf:

Massive congrats to Mark Hearle on his appointment  as new commercial/ General manager at kings lynn. It has been said by many for a long time that this is what is needed at the club, fingers crossed mark is successful in this role & helps to put lynn on a more steady path going forward.

« on: September 30, 2019, 12:39:07 PM »
So ic has said he's taking it 10 games at a time, we have played 12 and just played everyone's favourite for the title so with how the boys have been playing what are people's predictons can they keep the pace up? Pretty much no-one dreamt of the start we have had so what's people's predictions now?
I reckon we'll get in play offs and get Alfreton yet again  :laughcry:

General Discussion / Kettering vs Stourbridge
« on: November 17, 2018, 12:30:43 AM »
Looking ahead to next tuesday any lynn fans going to the kettering vs stourbridge game next tuesday? Contemplating going along myself.
Obvs is a top of the table clash, know we're a million miles away from catching either yet but who would we want to win i.e who do we think is more of a danger to us & who do we think will win?
Both only lost once all season be interesting.

General Discussion / challenge trophy
« on: July 08, 2018, 11:10:59 PM »
So this challenge trophy that is just around the corner...

Has there been any announcements on prices for the games?
With all due respect to them I can't imagine many people paying 10 to watch Legia Warsaw u23's and Rangers U23's on the friday night!?

On the sunday the 3rd place game is 2pm then the final at 5 so I take it if you went to both games you pay one price?

Apologies if this info is out there somewhere, just haven't seen anything

General Discussion / Big Crowd Monday?
« on: May 03, 2018, 12:38:43 PM »
According to slough website they've got over 100 confirmed on coaches & an awful lot on their twitter saying they're driving down etc. Will the club consider segregation? The banter with the weymouth fans last night was fun, but when that started to boil over & the police had to be called it begs you to question why more police or segregation wasn't thought of in the first place? Bank holiday monday will surely be a massive crowd & you'd think the usual 10 stewards lol or whatever they have in the ground would not be able to cope again, or I might be wrong. Know that years ago the police have advised on segregating on big games would be suprised if they hadn't again after last night?
Just being cautious & it would be a shame if things off the pitch got in the way of lynn getting promoted on the pitch!  :cup2: :cup2:
