Fair point on the live feed, the away fans have been given the hospital end with no undercover area...surely a better solution needs to be found it wont be long until the english weather catches everyone out!

Impressive performance once we settled down - when both sides stopped the head tennis.  Deserved the win, and it feels like the start of a very decent season.  We look hard to beat and difficult to stop.  Good crowd too, which may snowball somewhat on Saturday vs Hereford.

Hereford sold over 1000 tonight for the away end at Gloucester ok its only 40miles away but that is some support still, looks like itíll be a big test saturday

Agreed About pedro he's like the steve lewis of today definitely one that hopefully will be around for a while yet all keepers have bloopers but he can be class!

Think most on here have the right ideas, genuinely believe it's most important to keep gash & marriott still think these two can cause a lot of problems in the next league.

What about that Jake reed at lowestoft Seemed to score for fun last year at one point he had 14 goals in 12 games.

definitely need to shore up the defence somehow, & not convinced the midfield is strong enough to battle against some of these northern teams who will leave you battered and bruised but we'll see. Leave it in Ian's capable hands & look forward to announcements!

Cor fair play to the diehards that will be going to the likes of Blyth, Spennymoor & darlington proper missions!

Looks like we'll be coming up against a few old rivals then, Boston, Kettering, Hereford...

Think it's amazing to see lynn line up against some proper Non-league heavyweights & ex league clubs like York City, Kiddie Harriers, Altrnicham, Telford, Chester, Darlington etc.  Going to be a tough league but I think there's a good core of players at the club who can easily survive in the next league just a few additions needed here & there & confident Ian can find the right players. Exciting times.

Its going to be a mad scramble for those last few remaining tickets on friday when they do get on sale, i wonder how early some people will get to the ground!

LUFC did you get any tickets?
Might be worth some lynn fans taking an early trip down to there & picking up some tickets for the home end if nothing else least they get in!

Except for a large final league game in the 700's their average appears to be 400-500 so lets hope we get more

1400 at their first play off game.

375 is disapointing allocation though, Is a shame that there's a good chance of supporters not being able to get tickets. Hopefully a bit of common sense prevails that if it looks like Warrington are struggling to sell their tickets for any reason that they become available to lynn too.

From the same league where Ian started this season with Grantham so might have a little understanding on what to expect.

Hope there's a good following from lynn make the trek north!

Amazing performance all round today, a real hunger amongst all the players & some class perfomances when it mattered too. Gash was a beast all day yet again.

Respect to their fans not a bit of trouble & were gracious in defeat, roll on saturday - who's going?!  :cup2: :cup2:

Anyone going?

Maybe couple hundred there at a push I reckon  :laughcry: :laughcry:

Lets hope they've learnt from last year & don't run out of beer & burgers before half time!

Come on the boys!!

Fair play the right thing has been done. A real inconvenience for all the teams involved and every team undoubtedly out of pocket, like others have said should never have got to this stage should have been sorted months ago.

General Discussion / Re: Wednesday postponed
« on: April 29, 2019, 10:41:20 PM »
Wednesday's semi play off semi final vs Kings Lynn has unfortunately been postponed & we will keep you all updated when we hear further from the FA

We have received a letter from the FA on the 29th April regards an alleged ineligible player and potential points deduction. The FA asked us to supply relevant information by lunchtime April 30th which we will comply with. We await the outcome from the FA and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and we hope a swift conclusion. The Club will make no further comment until we have heard further from the FA.

(Just like to point out in case it's unclear for anyone reading the above that didn't realise this was a stratford statement & not from king's lynn.)

Gutted about this...swapped my shifts this week at work to be able to attend, talks of it having to be played before the weekend not great. Chuck them out give us a bye. Either way need to postpone the other play off or the other teams will have an unfair advantage with more rest time
