Following on the clubs statement on Saturday was disheartened to witness a fan be thrown out Saturday and another yesterday for racist language. When will they realise they are harming the reputation of the club and getting fines which SC has said the club can't afford.
Have to say the stewards seem to be more on it in terms of being proactive with the actions against the culprits and its nice to see. Well done to them for finding the culprits for the idiotic language.
What more can we do as a fan base to assist with getting rid of these kinds of people.

Oh and up pops Gordon. Never anything nice to say. Being salty all the time really doesn't look good on you. As for the scoreboard, which will provide advertising opportunities if people/businesses are charged a good rate and the uptakes good it could/should make valuable money for the club.

I think the thing with Tommy is we don't really know what he has inherited - what sort of a state the club is in, both on and off the pitch.
So, he will need time to sort it out - if it is a mess and if he is the man for the job.
Football is a results business (as we all know) and at the moment he isn't getting the results - be that down to his tactics/selection, or the players or a combination of both.
I listened to him on Radio Norfolk after the match and he was clearly unhappy, but he put part of the blame on the pitch........now personally, I will never see the state of a pitch as a reason for a defeat - it's the same for all 22 players out there and Maidenhead's players managed to score four times on that 'bad' pitch
The jury is still out for me with Tommy Widdrington. Personally I think this season is over and sadly we will be relegated, so if Tommy sticks around, it will be next season we can judge him properly
This jury finds him guilty get him out not good enough I can take a defeat if players are giving their all and fighting for the cause this lot couldn’t fight the clowns at knights hill circus, we need some deftys quigleys bunting and dunkleys who wore the shirt with pride and passion not like these fools only here for their pay packet
You say the jurys out, how many does the jury consist of so far only so certain members of this forum. I mean certain members are fake names consisting of a ex manager and ex director of football (or they were the last time I and many others knew) Hes inherited half the team for god sake! I sit back and read the forum and half the time I laugh that hard my sides hurt. Get behind the team and support them. Give Tommy a chance at step 2.

Quarter past 2 and I'm trudging through the walks thinking this is quiet, 6quid in the parking meter. At least I didn't come from Bromley I guess
Being as fans are being asked to donate towards managers and clubs fines, perhaps the club can ask for monies to refund your parking ticket at least. That's a far better idea than suggesting to pay fines when the manager and players cannot control themselves on seemingly a refusal of a penalty. As i said a few weeks ago , no pitch prepared, game off and no need to therefore have a squad. Likewise no referee, no game, no need to have a team. Perhaps if we were to get our own house in order first and foremost!
Fans wasn't asked to donate, the chairman was approached by a few fans asking to help pay for the fines. The chairman made a link in case others WANTED to help. Didnt ask for help as far as everything I've read. Gordon every single post you put on here us negative and slating the club and chairman. Bit of sour grapes comes to mind.

I have to agree in regards of Barrett. I think he is going to be a real star for us (when fully fit). Altintop we havent seen anything of at all and i think hes contracted until 2023.
Then you have the situation with King. Is he at any point coming back? I know very little has been said about his situation which if i remember correctly is health related.
I think we are missing Jordan Richards in midfield i honestly believe we wouldn't be shipping so many goals in if we had him and a jarvis type character in front of the back 3/4

I think people expect miracles. Boreham wood result in my opinion pretty much draws the curtains on our season. Not being pessimistic but more realistic. I think people blaming is Tommy is a little uncalled for. What do you expect him to do with shower of crap inherited? Yes we can all see we need a goalscorer but again a goalscorer doesn't stop us shipping goals in. We need to shift the deadwood from the squad but that in its self is not a easy task. I don't think any step 2 or possibly even step 3 club would want them. The other option is is pay them out of their contracts which then leaves the club in a bigger financial state than it already is.
The position the club finds it self in coupled with our location no top striker is really going to want to come here without coming for bug bucks in my opinion. I honestly dont know what the solution could be all i know is its going to be a long rest of the season if we carry on the way we are going. UTFL

Coming from the most highly strung i know ha Short memories ......... You would be still still watching from whiley hill :) Happy Xmas scrooge
You always came across as a quiet character who got jobs done however working at the club previously, last game was a couple of seasons ago and speaking to the few people who remain state how big of job you have been doing at the club. In your opinion do you think the recruitment has been good enough and got the quality of player we need to stay up? Do you think Tommy could be the right man for the job?

I used to work for the club but left a year ago. I used to be part of the stewarding team, but got fed up with how they were treated.
I was asked to remove the thread by a member of the club. which was a shame because people made some very good counter points. I didnt want a certain response and was never interested in just my side of the points was more interested in everyones thoughts.
I am all open for debate because everyones opinions are different. But we all want the same thing and thats for the club to succeed
