.....Brackley's season 22/23 pricing: -
Adults: £13.00 Concessions (over 65): £8.00 U18’s: £5.00 U10's: £1.00 U5's: FREE**
Quite a contrast?
How can they sustain their club so successfully, on gates approximately 50% of ours? Do they have a wealthy benefactor or just a far more efficient off field commercial operation?
If they can do it..........?

This afternoon was my first visit to the Walks since the early days of Culverhouse - the first incarnation. I don't class myself as a fair weather supporter though, as i had been a regular through the gates since the late 1950's and even when living too far away to attend games, the Linnet's result was always the first one i looked for....They are and will always be 'my team'.
My reasons for missing the recent seasons of success - probably unparalleled in Lynn's history(?) - were primarily driven by personal issues: though sometimes i freely admit, influenced by the off field direction of the Club.
Today was quite emotional for me and i have nothing but praise for what is happening on the pitch. Tommy has not only recruited a squad of quality - he has also very obviously developed within them, an all for one, one for all team spirit. It was self evident that there is quality and endeavour throughout the team, with Josh Barrett 'the icing on the cake'. A talent, who if he fulfils his obvious potential, could and perhaps should eventually play several leagues higher.
The downside though is that Tommy and the supporters deserve more from the 'off field' side.
I will never understand how or why certain supporters, who also run successful businesses and were / are potential sponsors - those that the club should be going out of their way to attract - have seemingly been alienated to a point where they look elsewhere for their Saturday afternoon entertainment and in some cases, an alternative home for their sponsorship monies.
These could and should be the clubs financial 'bread and butter'. So why 'bite the hand that could be feeding you'???

For various reasons i have been unable to attend matches for some considerable time, so cannot make an objective judgement but i am Intrigued as what, if any, tangible.benefits have materialised from the move to full time?
Have the benefits outweighed the likely incremental cost?

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roger_Taylor_(Queen_drummer) If Mr Cleeve were to seek an investment partner or even decide to sell the club....?? A local boy but he appears to have no interest in football! Just imagine the team walking out to 'We are the Champions!!'

I just wanted to separately acknowledge the few, that health and weather permitting, never miss an away match.....
Stoic is an understatement. It must be quite hard to take at present yet they keep coming back for more.
Supporters par excellence!!!

Seems to be doing a good job at Corby. 5-1 win on Saturday with jason Lee and David Bell in the team. His Northampton contacts still seem in place (Shaun Macwilliams?) with this young man scoring two https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Iaciofano

Just wondered, does anyone know where he is currently playing? He seems to have disappeared off the radar at Rushden?

Just wondered if he has finally called it a day as he has not featured in the Swaffham squad for a while?

Scored a brace (now 7 for the season) in Nunaeton's 2-2 draw with FCof Manchester..........who had George Thomson making his debut. Duffy seems to have had a Lazarus like career resurgence since leaving us?
