On the score sheet again with a penalty in a 3-2 away win.

Think it was a one off Rod as Setch was struggling for a keeper yesterday and called in a favour.  Pedro must have quit or got the sack as Wisbech Manager.

Mallard, Setch indicated in his post match interview that this was a temporary arrangement. As you also mention, he is no longer manager of Wisbech - see the original post on this thread.

Pedro back playing for Setch. In goal yesterday in Corby's 2-0 win over Worcester, who had a 100% record. Fletcher Toll. scored again. Corby now seven points clear at the top.

Hasn't football become incredibly complicated? I wonder how many players nowadays go onto the pitch somewhat confused and then become even more so if and when plan A isn't working?

When it comes to comparing Sports and Lynn, the fact that the Sports players also have to hold down full time jobs appear to have been missed.  :dontknow:

Like non league football used to be.

Things could be a lot tougher? Before a recent mid week game at Grantham the Corby manager was working the day before and the one after....in Brighton.

Always amazes me that everything is wrong when we lose but everything is fine (assume it is as nobody talks about it) when we win......

Absolutely not. In my opinion there is an awful lot wrong, win, lose or draw!!

Not an ex-Linnet.....time to get over the obsession.

The obsession would seem to be all yours!

The thing is you can put so much in place like, signing players on decent contracts, giving them full time training with all the benefits that come with that, overnight stays etc.  Yet it’s still 11 v 11 on the day and players who just train once a week and do a full time job can want it more or have extra motivation and end up coming out on top.

Mallard, like it used to be. Players who did not rely on football at this level as their main source of income - like Peterborough Sports!

£15 is plenty for the "stadium" you have to watch their "anti-football" at......surprised they get as many as they do!
(Their way of playing gets results though, no sour gates as we were awful on Saturday)
£15 is enough for any team at this level especially if supporters are supposed to put up with a filthy stand that's partly roped off because its dangerous and badly in need of repair

The term supporter is something of a contradiction where Mr Cleeve is concerned. We are all potential customers: nothing more than that.

A pleasant friendly town to visit and value for money at the £10 admission . Shame about the Lynn performance

Value for money....now that is a novelty! They operate on gates averaging around 500. How can they offer such value for money? Maybe they are a proper rather than plastic community club?

What appeared to have been missing at Alfreton was character rather than ability?
