Our Lucky Joe must have left at half time.

Is Joe for real or just a figment of someone's vivid imagination?

Maybe Joe will turn up?

I would much rather hear who is going to be on the stage with SC’s concert idea this year

Now at last we can put a face to a name?

Maybe Joe will promote the concerts?

Joe must be prepared to continue to pump in some serious wonga.   We have gone from potentially going out of business in January under SC to playing at Step 3 with a full time squad under Joe.

He is obviously a man of vision??

Pre season he looked unfit and carrying timber.  Nothing improved by the start of the season.  Very poor recruitment by whomever.

Now when you look at the recruitment of Johnny Margetts that paints a totally different picture.  Ok at £1250 a week plus goal bonus it’s expensive, but what price to keep us in this league.  Some would say money well spent.  The Club has Joe’s money so why not spend it

Mallard you appear to have an inside track that few others possess?? If so, any ideas about just how much the mystical and mysterious Joe has invested?

The mystical Joe and Mr Cleeve would seem to be a match made in heaven? Customers will be expected to do their duty, continuing to turn up in numbers, regardless of whether the end justifies the means.

There’s a different Joe making the headlines this afternoon.   :comeon:

Indeed there is: a hat trick today....one of our 'rejects'!

The sad thing is he probably has more of an affinity with Wroxham than he does his home town club.

We shouldn't overlook the impact and contribution from the somewhat mysterious but benevolent Joe. It is only a few weeks since we were supposedly on the verge of extinction?
I don't think anybody can dispute the impact Joe's contribution has made.Things look as if they have changed on and off the pitch which leads me to believe that Joe's involvement is more than just pumping cash in and maybe he has given someone a crash course in how to run a business.I hope he pays us a visit soon as a guest of honour.

I would love to know what motivated Joe to invest.

Should be an asset in the run in and could be the difference between relegation and survival? What a shot in the arm uncle Joe's involvement has been. One can only assume that he is completely supportive of the  direction of travel?

I enjoyed his comment about 'leaders on the pitch'. That used to be the rule tather than the exception, which reduced the need for support staff on the sidelines shouting instruction whilst wildly gesticulating.

Joe must be delighted with his investment return thus far? If so, surely it is only a matter of time before he pays a visit?

They have two decent joint  managers in Luke Steele and Michael Gash who both still play when needed and they attract the right sort of players who seem to fit in well  with players all ready there.  they also have a decent catchment area to pick from so they most probably don't have to pay over the odds to players. they also have a decent
ground and set up assume that's due to there commercial side . been there a few times and  i thought the facilites were good, they don't charge over the odds so people spend.

I think that sums it up.

Good commercial activity. Good recruitment. Reasonable facilities. Good pricing.

Good catchment area for players? Yes, but being on A1 they will also have a lot of competition for players, as lots of Clubs in a 50 mile catchment area/ one hour travelling time. Swings and roundabouts on that one.

In summary, a well run club on and off the pitch?
