I think that these 'supporters' are proud to align themselves with those of Millwall speaks volumes.

.......Or perhaps more in keeping would be to replicate Del Boy's 'Peckham Water'...Unadulterated and straight from its source - the tap!

Average gate of 896 and that was a 30% increase on the previous season, yet full time...Must have some serious money behind them or be an incredibly well run club - or both!

Looks as if Georgie boy may have run down his contract but if we did not include some form of sell on clause when he left us for Chester we were / are crazy.

I think he has the ability to at least get back to National Conference level, or above.

If he is sold on for a fee surely that will entitle us to a % of it. If not when he moved to Chester, if we did not insist on a sell on clause..well would not just say everything about the running of the club?

Grass is like any other crop it needs looking after with fertiliser added to encourage growth and
Watering when needed what they have done to the pitch so far will achieve a good crop of grass and provide a good playing surface to play on next season ,so can all you keyboard warriors put this to rest and wait and see the outcome
I have to take umbrage with the casual use of the term 'keyboard warriors' in this thread. What I can gather is that the posts in here are on the whole light-hearted and are only highlighting the fact that the quality of our football over the last season's has been hampered by the pitch. This has been declared as fact by Setch and the current man. It has also been declared by the previous and current Chairman that major surgery was required.

The voice of common sense!

I know absolutely nothing about the best and most affordable type of pitch treatment but I do know that up to a few seasons ago when Maurice was in charge that we had one of the better playing surfaces in our league.

Last season, one of the worst?

Unfortunately I have to confirm that Jacek Zielonka will not be a King's Lynn player next season.

I messaged Jacek and he replied thus: "Thanks Mike. Unfortunately Gaffer doesn't see me in the squad for the next season. I will miss supporters from Lynn. I had amazing time in Lynn."

I personally cannot see the sense in releasing a utility player who has served the club in so many different positions when asked to - Right Back, Right Wing, Left Wing, Striker. Wow, what a team player.

So sorry to see you leave Jacek, may you have a great future and I hope to see you playing at The Walks again (but don't score against us OK).

I think Jacek has been unlucky in that he always gave 100% and was incredibly versatile but ironically maybe that versatility did not always work in his favour.......Someone of several seasons ago who fell into that category IMO was Charlie Defty.

I agree that a couple of good quality loanees like Shaun would be a win win situation. Someone with experience, leadership qualities and authority that the other players look up to would also be a huge bonus...............A Paul Raynor type?!

That seems illogical if we are planning 'passing football'.......It was narrowed a while ago.
