Yes, Rod Frank Lockey came from Swindon and had played for Liverpool. He stayed in the area and passed away about 6 years ago. Bobby Lumbley was here about 2 years in the team that played at Everton, Got booed because he looked like Jimmy Melia of Liverpool in that game. The forward line that was mentioned was the team that beat Aldershot and Reading in 59.

It is no good coming on here complaining about bird po in the main stand I suggest you contact Mr cleave and get some netting put up. I know the volunteers have tried to do something but it is like pushing against the tide from what I understand. Failing that I suggest you see if can get it cleared .

I believe Eagles coaches of Castleacre would be a good choice and I think the ladies team use them. Gorden is right we need a proper supporters club its no good expecting the club to arrange transport.

I not sure if you attend games at the Walks B/G if you do you must have seen the sheets on the side of the ground unless you thought they were something else.

Yes remember Chuck, West Aucland debut, one mistake cost us the game but he became a firm favorourite of us fans after that I believe he receive an award from the club for I believe 20 clean sheets. But gordon you were way out with the season it was 98/99 he played here.

The last time we played Doncaster was in 1963 in cup/fr match. A cup was donated by a local Brewery S&P who I think had a director at the club. 3-3 was the score, there was new c/f who scored all 3 goals his name Donovan.

Wingwizzard I dont know if you were talking about yesterdays game about gettin no prize money, but the away team got over£3000 but there will be nothing for the first round only if you win. There has been money for the losing over the past few years there only used to be the gate money sometimes not any if it was small attendance.
