Really wasn't expecting that great result ! Hurst has realised now that he is a good player and is oozing confidence and not afraid to take players on. Pedro making great saves, solid centre half partnership and the energy of Ryan and Jordan is great to see. Stevo scoring for fun and with Toby and Dylan waiting in the wings the future does look bright. Hope for more of the same on Tuesday and now looking forward to next Saturday !

and as I posted 8th November   ...  "Are Sam G and Stevo really fit enough as they both seemed a good yard 'off the pace' to me ?". Doesn't matter which league you're in ; a player without pace will be found out (unless your name was Bobby Moore who could 'read' a game and therefore react accordingly). What steps are being taken to get these guys fit ? If they can't or won't shape up then I would much prefer the youngsters playing and these 2 coming off the bench when the game has been put to bed.

Well I went and we actually won and scored 2 great goals. Are Sam G and Stevo really fit enough as they both seemed a good yard 'off the pace' to me ? Anyone know the extent of Ryan's injury as he came off the pitch very quickly ?

I have a conundrum ! Each time I miss a game at the Walks the Linnets play well and win. I'm hoping to be there this Saturday and just hoping that I'm not a 'Jonah' and that we get the 3 points and score a few goals ............

Difficult one for me. Altho' I've lived in Norfolk since 1972 (so I'm almost accepted !) I was born and bred in Weymouth, leaving when I was just a young lad of 18 in search of work. My dear Mum (92) still lives in Weymouth just a few minutes from the ground. Does anyone remember the original ground --  the Rec  --  not far from the harbour ? I'll go for a scoring draw 1 - 1
