Would be nice to see FOTL and the trust both come together for an event? If conditions allow could there be a possibility of an open day at the ground with various activites, sideshows and raffles etc?

Shades of what Weymouth have done.

Council could convert the Walks into 3 good sized houses and an all weather training facility and then we just need a new ground....quick someone put in a grant application........

Where's Stan and his bucket when you need him?

From Mr Cleeve's weekly column in last Saturday's EDP:

"we have decided to freeze all prices other than add £1 to the price of adults and concessions tickets on a match day. This £1 is a donation that will be ring-fenced and will go towards repaying the debt incurred this season in government loans."

At the end of the day it is a price increase!

So as the season comes to a close what do we think our illustrious Guvnor will do with ticket prices for next season? Will the prices remain the same,or go up/down? Will we see a better deal for season tickets, and maybe transferable?Have to take into account that even though we have been starved of our live games will people rush back? Many people may have got out of the habit and need tempting back? Thoughts people? :dontknow:

Stephen Cleeve mentioned on the Stream this afternoon that the figure was approx £15000 so far.

2 x 5000 donations, 40 x 300 pledges, Terry's go fund me at about 1600? :dontknow:

By my reckoning, with the donations, the pledges and Terrys sterling work should be about twenty grand raised this week? :scarf:

Are you telling me this post from Blue and Gold is a genuine interest in how the SOS is going? It is not!!!

Join the Trust and put your suggestions forward for consideration. If members then voted for the constitution to change, it would be done.

The Trust only has about 80 members. Lots of them from the older generation. Most of them still go to the Walks when possible. They are not a 5th Column, despite what some say on here and would like you to believe (or are put up to saying on here).

If we say there’s 1200 supporters these days, I make that an additional 1120 that could also contribute.

How many have done so at this moment in time? Exactly how is the Clubs SOS appeal going at the moment? Are we anywhere near the target yet?

I feel B & G has a valid point,you can't change things from the outside. :dontknow:
