Season ticket sales already 20% higher than last seasonís total with 2 months still to go - great value with adult seats just £ 13.80 per game a rise of just 80 pence and that does not take into account the free entry for U18ís etc and 10% discount in club shop #greatsupport Via the Chairman.

Out of interest what is that in numbers? :cheers:

10%  :countingmoney:

Gris, why donít you just buy a season ticket? Cleeve has posted on Facebook saying a much increased uptake and he says it works out at only 80p per game more than last season.  Surely even you canít moan at this; can you?

Last season because of work I only made four home games and the play offs,made more away games than home games,working on this premise it would equate to £72.50 a game,an increase of £59.50 a game? :bankrupt:

Why is admission price such a concern for you if you struggle to attend games?

Regardless of how many games I attend I am still allowed an opinion on the entry price? :dontknow: :banghead; :banghead;

Donít we know it! Shame nearly every thread is taken up by your views on admission increases.

The majority seem to have accepted its £15 and understand why. You donít, thatís fine. Canít we all just move on?

I think you should check back on this thread and see who raised the subject of the price increase,the thread was quite a positive one until someone decided to mention admission prices yet again!!! :banghead; :banghead; :banghead;

At no point did I say you couldnít!?!? Merely asked why itís such a focus issue for you?

From a personal point of view I felt there was no need for another price increase, especially as it was going to rise whether we got promoted or not? :bankrupt:

But would you pay to attend a fundraising event ? Same result , just different way of contributing

Yes,but that is a different way of contributing, that way you have the choice of how much you spend at such events,if the entry price keeps going up then you will get to the stage where more people say no. Maybe someone can just about afford to go to the home games but not much more, and occasionally could afford to attend a bingo night or a quiz,that is a far fairer way than pricing him out of attending games? :dontknow: :bankrupt:

In every League there will be teams that are more physical than others - Leeds Utd of old, Wimbledon of old were two of those who were known as "Dirty". Some of those clubs who we saw at The Walks last season could throw their weight about - some were downright thugs.

Being a teenager in the 70's, I still hate Leeds!!!!!
Me too, although they could play as well as bully.

I think the only people who didn't hate Leeds were their own supporters. :sad:

I agree with Blue Moon and Sworn 2 Secrets.  Personally I wouldnít object to an additional £2 or £3 on the ticket price to help with the ground improvements.  As Sworn says, Trustís funds cannot be spent on anything other than a share of the ownership of the club.  Raising separate designated funds for ground improvements as the Trust are doing is the best way to help the club.

Well perhaps all of those people who are happy to pay even more could just pay into the trust ground improvement fund? :scarf: :scarf:

I would suspect most fund raising events would be patronised mainly by current supporters of the club so why not cut out the middle man again and stick another quid on admission prices

If I have an extra two pints in the Napier before kick off I will save another pound maybe I could donate that? :cheers: :cheers: :scarf: :scarf: :scarf:

Building not really my area. I may donate a bit more to the fund if that helps. I can't see why the trust wouldn't put some of their contingency fund to good use the raise funds subsequently to replace what was used.

Alternatively why doesn't the club spend the latest windfall on the improvements and fund raise to replace that,cut out the middle man? :dontknow:
