Dissecting the performance, I felt we missed ponticelli and his work rate behind the lines, and Theo going off disrupted the midfield as well...having said that the extra class in the finishing of Stevenage was clinical...it is what it is, as they say, but.......please don’t pull out Liverpool/ Man Utd or any top London side away🤔

Hargreaves & ponticelli are a must for me in tomorrow’s nights replay. The playing surface is superb and should grace our passing game 👍 But we must start quickly and be more aggressive from min one.
Setchell will have his troops fired up from the first whistle, and we must match them throughout the game.
That done I’m sure our quality will come through...and for me a 1-0 linnets win...🙏💙💛

As the pre-season closes soon its time to reflect on the coming campaign....I myself are enthused by the current squad and very promising signings made....at last a quality striker or two to add to our depleted frontline. The gaffer/chairman must be pleased with the outcome👍
My prediction will be in and around the top four all season, I cannot see other than afc fylde/Spennymoor being the major threat🤔
