I agree with  Hoeness ...it is different in Germany and it's not England

If the FA took the same stance as Hoeness then we might see a different price structure throughout the English game.

Take out the away fans and it’s a home gate of circa 700 Pink.  I thought those days were behind us with crowds to date averaging 4 figures.  That’s a huge drop. Hence why I used the word ‘surprise, cos you know what ?  It did surprise me 😂

It is a huge drop Mall, but nothing is really  being done to up the core support in terms of fans feeling really connected.....and I believe the core support that would go on a cold wet day if Lynn were mid table and out of the Cups is....and has been for a good few years around 700......... probably actually 699 now that Rod has given up his hobby due to the pricing

It’s the chairman’s choice on what MO he runs his club on.  Seems though he expects the fans and now Joe to continue to fund his hobby.

On a  Personal level we had decided to go to every home game we could.  We have since had a re-think and will at most now do every other home game.

Yes I can well understand that Mall. The M O at the moment seems to be if you have a successful team then that gets a reasonable crowd paying high admission fees. However, this only works if the club continues to be evermore successful IMO......if it doesn't achieve that then another and another investor are required to prop it up.

The alternative is something that is priced in a way that builds the crowd base and is not totally dependent on on field performance , so that for example it encourages families including grandchildren to come every week.

If the club are serious about "building" they surely need to find a middle ground.

Yeah, but who wants to go to Barnet or York.......by the time you factor in the time and the petrol.... it's a no brainer....go to The Walks instead

With due respect to the teams involved this year's draws haven't been the most romantic or exciting, it has to be said. Still one game at a time.......a winnable game tomorrow.

Why not try Coulson as a striker for a few minutes.  Not for the first time we put our selves  under pressure  with the wrong subs. Let's keep trying to go forward.
