General Discussion / Re: Torquay enter Administration

The reality of it all is that it is an expensive merry go round and looking at the average attendances I wonít be surprised if a few more clubs go down the same route. At least SC managed to keep us going but for how long?

So Maradona and Messi both won it by themselves Dilly ?   Both World class no question.  However they had other players keeping the opposition out at the other end.

With Europe leading the way on a World level maybe we would be better looking at Countries like Portugal where the infrastructure drops off a Cliff outside the top two leagues.  They have produced the odd player who could play a bit Dill
So Dilly Dilly is still living a dream beyond KLTFC, JB proved himself at Aldershot as most of us thought he would. KLTFC donít have Messi or Maradona on their books so just get real, the manager has to pick the best he can according the opposition and the players he has.

:scarf: Southport lost last night, they are on a awful run I think something like 4 points out of a possible 21. Donít know whatís happening there since they walloped us at the walks!

:scarf: One factor is overlooked the run in concerning the other 6 or 7 teams performance down at the bottom area of the league. IMHO Bishop Stortford Darlington are probably doomed, Gloucester and KL could pick up enough points to overtake a Struggling Southport and maybe another team or two. Itís all conjecture and there is bound to be a surprise or two before the seasons end.

15 games to go 45 points possible if we can get 20 to 25 points we could be ok. We have just got to have faith in our set up with AL and hope we get over the line. Whatever happens a new start with freshening and strengthening the squad will be required.Hopefully in our current league. COYL.

:glum: Just realised we are playing the wrong team after the last few hoof it and hope games at the Walks. We need goalie 4 in the back line who can hoof it up the field we are good at that and 6 forwards who can run around like idiots chasing long balls going anywhere. At least that way we might get possession up front and get a chance to score

:sinking:That was dire one of the worst performances I ve had to watch. Boot and hope the first half. Is the master plan to get relegated and rebuild to make the Walks fortress Walks again? On tonightís performance we will not get many more points this season.

Seen the video, know itís Herefords side of the story but they and like others just seem quicker and stronger and thatís why we struggle.

Letís hope they can provide what has been missing and get us out of the relegation dogfight

:banghead; Part of the problem is lack of communication by KLTFC is JB fit physically and mentally or just not prepared to put a shift in to satisfy AL? I think looking at how he warms up its most likely the later.

:scarf: A good point considering we played most of the game with 10 men.

:banghead; This argument over Barrett can go on for ever. In Dilly Lillyís eye he is the blue eyed wonder boy, however in reality he has underperformed this season as most regular match goers would agree with. We have our backs against the wall and are in a dog fight and cannot have players on the pitch who arenít ready to supply the necessary. Cut our losses.
