:coffee: Surely the advantage should be given when purchasing said ticket .i.e reduced prices and some sort of discount if displayed when buying refreshments e.g. 10% reduction. It’s marketing but very basic to encourage the cash comes in early.

General Discussion / Re: Adam Lakeland Interview

:scarf: Let’s face it the players we have are not Messi, de Bruyne etc AL has got the best out of them to keep us up. It’s no good comparing the skills and ability of Premiership / International players with ours that is not a fair comparison. We have ended up with players 4 levels below the names discussed after recruitment. We may have to suffer a similar style of football depending on the budget available for recruitment. However AL and SW are no fools looking at their previous records so hopefully, we will be playing a different style of football. There is 1 old saying that you can only play to how the opposition let you! Most visiting teams at the walks have set up to play hoof-ball so it will be interesting how AL overcomes this. If in the end we have to grind out matches to win so be it ( Yes the Scarborough game was entertaining
however you end up struggling if you keep playing like that, especially at home). So no matter the style I am always grateful for a home win no matter on the style.

:scarf: Ability yes however the NLN is full of teams that are physically fit as well as having the ability of sorts. KLTFC were not match fit and suffered with poor recruitment at the beginning of the season. To compete next season the team needs to be physically fit & strong as well as having some skill and ability to overcome some of the tactics we have seen being used by visitors to the Walks. As AL says he likes to win even if it is not pretty especially when some teams have 50 or more points and are getting relegated.

General Discussion / Re: Ex Linnet spoils the Party.

Always a good player, now at the veteran stage only playing for part of the game. Think the ref spoilt the party as well hope he gets a nil point rating from
KLTFC he should have at least booked McCauley for that foul on Our no. 9 just before halftime, he wasn’t going for the ball but the man. Football is supposed to be a game played using your feet and head. Its getting more like rugby especially with the weak referees we have seen this season. The ref didn’t do thing but award a free kick. As for the sending off ou4 player played the ball the opponent was late and got caught with the players follow through. Straight red hmmm.Hope KlTFC review video and take action with FA if my eyesight is correct.

:scarf: Thinks I will dispense with crystal ball, what a cracker of a game last night, maybe not for purists but fast paced and plenty of effort enough to keep us on our toes.

:scarf: Think you could add Ronnie Bacon and Dave Partride and we had another winger surname Hall who had a fantastic strike remember him scoring once from the halfway line.

:dontknow: The tactic on how to beat us is obvious just keep bombing long balls in and we can defend with 2 mobile defenders, KL defenders head it anywhere and with 2 up they can’t be everywhere, then flood their half with 8 players and we will score. How many times have we seen this this season! We have defenders with league experience surely they can do better against this type of football.
