350 at one club is very good for a manager.  Where does he sit in the all time list ?

or 351 if you include the Joma Cup match . . . and if you don't then, by the same criteria, Mick Wright might not have made 1152 appearances.

Well done Setch, an excellent achievement in this day and age. My enthusiasm would have wained a long time ago

I have Reg Davies a manager of 365 competitive games, using the same criteria that puts Setch on 351 tomorrow.

I reckon it's 18 league games for Heggs.
P   W D  L
18  8  6  4

League games at Step 3 gives:
Taylor 57.31 %
Webb 54.92 %
Heggs 44.44 %
Setch 39.07 %
In some ways meaningless as much depends on the budget available.

This is %age of league games won

If Setch has 200+ wins in 350 games your maths are not that good admin!

I would guess Setchs 200 plus wins includes step 4 and 5. The post Admin made states wins at step 3.
If you have achieved all your objectives, you have set your targets too low!

At Step 3 - trying to compare like with like although, as I said, different managers had different budgets.

Sorry admin should have read your post more carefully. However I think we need to compare his record against those who have been at the club for a few seasons not a few games .
IMO we are at our level for the foreseeable future and promotion to level 2 is not realistic with the current budget. People should remember the budget for our season at level 2 and the previous season.

Yes, someone just asked for the figures and league games at the same level was the easiest, and quickest, way to get them. I didn't want to turn this into a Setch v Heggs debate.
