What a constructive post, congratulations.
Perhaps people are waiting for the club to tell them that the first team won?
Not one official channel from the club as of 8.11am this morning has the score up, this includes the forum.

Should you change your post to can someone tell the club we won 5-0 yesterday.

If they were interested they wouldn't need telling and after all this is the authentic website for the club isn't it?

Constructive posts on here Linnet1968? You must be used to the lack of them by now. They all want Buster to fail so they can ride in as White Knights and save the club.

Meanwhile back in the real world the unicorn walked past the flying pigs ... who is the 'they' ? Do you know them well, have you ever spoken to them on the subject? Have you spoken to me on the subject?
No fan would want any owner to fail simply to become a white knight (lets keep on your fantasy theme)

This is an authentic site but not in the sense you just wrote.
It is an unofficial site of the club that because of its excellent content is the source of imitation by others.

Anyhow time to crack on with real life and not argue, enjoy your day.

If you want to actually talk on what fan representation is, drop me a pm and we can set up a phone call or meet over a pint to discuss it.

Its not a fantasy theme Linnet 1968 its a financial term for a financial institution/firm that rides to the rescue of a failing business
It is an undeniable truth that the trust want to run the club. Perfectly logical. The only two ways of that coming to pass are if Buster fails or wants to move on. Hence why I said the trust would step in with glee having achieved their stated aim.
The idea of public ownership is certainly outdated in this Tory/capitalist world so why a "socialist" ideal is put forward with any hope of success is difficult to comprehend. The public voted for capitalism not socialism.

No idea of what the trust is all about linnet have a look at the real world with other trusts at other clubs to see what the idea is! maybe not i dont think your vision is broad enough.

I for one posted the result on facebook approx 1/2 hr after the game finished. would have been earlier but I was still in shock at the foxes being top of the premier.

This thread saddens me greatly as although I am not naive enough to believe that all factions were at last 'pulling in the same direction' I honestly thought that with Setch's appointment there was hope that eventually we would all be as one and then commence 'singing from the same hymn sheet'!!

Rod dont feel sad about one post from one person who has no idea about how things work re trusts and clubs and was just fishing for reaction.I think we are at last moving forward still think Setch is right man for job.

Unfortunately Buster has to agree to the meeting, I am sure Setch is doing his best as he wants all interested parties on board, helping to raise funds and the profile of the club.
Back to the original post it is disappointing that more of the regular posters are not appearing when we have had such a great result, maybe they can't find anything negative to say.

the "trust" is just a legal vehicle to enable the  "supporters" to own and run their own club. as for the "trust" wanting to run the club. if such an event was to happen, you would find most trust board members would be happy to step aside, and let others including you have a go.
now with this new forum starting up, it appears some people have changed their user name. so maybe linnet you may be a new poster, if so welcome.  if you are an old regular you would already know all this, seeing as it has been debated to death over the last 5 years.   :banghead;

I congratulate the team on a great win I am only critical when I am present at a match home or away and I feel able to witness what I see. I hope this will give the team confidence for the next away fixtures.
