Tony, could be part of an 18 man squad, that way gives the club a chance of money spinning gate.  Good PR or profiteering. Either way swells the Clubs coffers.

Griss how does a player get match fit if no sod signs em ? :laughcry:

I would have thought that being ex professional players and having been in discussion for weeks they would have worked on their fitness level?  :dontknow:

According to the interview with Mr Cleeve they have both been signed on a one year contract and they are in the squad for tomorrow. On the financial side the money is there to run this season, and next season will be looked at when this one finishes. Expectations are higher now than ever, just be good to see them deliver. :scarf: :scarf: :scarf:

Give them both a few games to get up to speed and adjusted to this level and then lets judge them.  The League is a marathon not a sprint. 

What will be interesting is tonight's gate.    Ok maybe neither Holt or Lappin will be involved but have the local fans bought into it all ?   Has to be a 4 figure gate, surely.
