 A little bit of a 'big-up' here.....

Speaking on behalf of Fury Basketball Club, we would struggle to hold a raffle due to the amount of volunteers to run and organise one and the small number of fans we are always asking for help from.....

So, by being an affiliate, where we get a share of the ticket sales we make, is a great way to raise some money. The Trust do all the hard work, we flog a few tickets ans get rewarded for it!

So thank you, Blue and Gold Supporters Trust, for helping others who otherwise would go without.

This is from the home page, but thought it was worth copying and pasting onto forum:

"The Trust have now completed its 6th Christmas Raffle with nearly 1,500 tickets sold/purchased to make it another very successful year.
The winners for the main prizes are as follows; 200 John Fysh 100 David Gandy 50 Julian Featherby many other smaller prizes already distributed to winners.
A massive thank you to all who have bought tickets or supported the Raffle with a special thanks to the Solar Shed for sponsoring this year's tickets.
The Trust could not survive without the continued support of its members and friends and it is a testament to this level of support that we now have in the region of 47,000 in funds to achieve the Trust's original objectives when formed prior to the demise of the old club.
If you have been a member in the past please consider re-joining or become a member for the first time, details are available under the Trust tab on this site.
The Trust exists for the benefit of King's Lynn Town Football Club and although our help is not currently required the future in football can often be unpredictable.
I hope you therefore agree that a strong Supporters' Trust for King's Lynn is something worth supporting.

A Happy New Year to all".

one sentence with so much content.
