Postponement: Sadly tonight's @NorfolkCountyFA Senior Cup quarter-final against @officialKLtown has been postponed following a pitch inspection due to a waterlogged pitch. As soon as we know a new date we will let you know.

Hmm . . don't County Cup games take priority over league?

So looks 99% like first team will play Hereford on Tuesday 30th and the reserves will play the same night at Norwich Utd in the Norfolk Senior Cup

Will we be fined for not fielding the first team or have to pay Norwich United compensation for lost revenue?

Gives everyone that doesn't want to pay the £15 entrance fee an option to go elsewhere. Kind of defeating the object don't you think?

Cost you nearly £15 to get there with fuel and admission!

I don't understand why it couldn't have been played on the Wednesday. At least we could have put some of the first team out, perhaps those on the bench on Tuesday. Was this Norwich United insisting on Tuesday?

Interesting one this.    I seem to recall it was a mix team that played Attleborough in the previous round.  However, Norwich Utd are a step up in class to that and I guess the Club wants to put out a strong team ( as no doubt they would have done this week).

On the other side of the coin the Hereford game at home is massive, in so many ways.  In particular as a battle for the promotion/play-off spots  and  not least because of massive cash injection it will bring to the owner/Club.

For me The NSC is not something I would have put anywhere near the top of my list of priorities at the start of the season, however now we are left with the League only to fight for I guess the NSC moves up near the top of the list.

I am sure with the decent form that the Reserves are in that they will go to PP and make a fist of it, but there is a gap of 2 levels, between the sides.

What do others think ?
