Could be interesting as Setch was in for  Remi Gordon and the lad Ryan  Hawkins pre season and  who both  Norfolk based ( I believe)  with Batch having gone I wonder if both these ladds were travelling over to St Neots with the Manager.   With Setch looking for a couple of players  could 2+2= 5 ?

Hawkins was far from impressive against us. He spent more time on the floor than Rob Duffy!

A lot of their fans suggested their performance against us was what they had become used to in recent months under Batch. Long, high balls pumped forward. Not the free flowing attacking passing football we were used to seeing from them in recent years. A waste not only of the obvious talent within their squad, but also the best pitch in this league!

That about sums it robbo   great pitch for certain   which would look  good at the walks .

if we are talking about players from other teams I watch dereham the other night and they have a young number 3 tall boy with blonde hair - absolutely  everywhere on the pitch he played with clunan  last season. he would be a good addition to our squad IMO  don't know what his name though

In all fairness to klfc we offered R Hawkins a financial deal slightly better than st neots but he chose them as a more likely promotion prospect and liked the training set up more, this is good info from family contact.

Neither Hawkins or Gordon were in the 16 man squad. Suspended injured or maybe on the move ?

Think the blonde haired lad is Fraser Blake-Tracey, who has come through the Dereham academy scheme.
