« on: October 02, 2018, 09:19:50 AM »
Has anyone apart from myself had problems with extremely slow connection to all trust pages since yesterday?. I am using a 5ghz wifi connection and it is the same for all the 4 devices used to check if it was my service or not,all other websites visited are fast connection.

Yes, I've raised it with the hosting company.

Same here guys, connection is terrible. Google says the site is not secure, which I find very strange as it is protected by Rapport. Also this has happened since a Windows 10 update, don't know whether this has anything to do with it. Lets hope it can be sorted for tonights match. Best of luck Admin.

as long as you visit https:\\www.thelinnets.co.uk rather than http:\\www.thelinnets.co.uk  there should be no problem with the secure site message although the link to Amazon sometimes throws some browsers.

My hosting company seems to be suggesting the problem is my laptop! Please, if you have performance issues or if performance is fine please can you post here.

It's not your laptop. It's taken me nearly ten minutes to get this far. I expect most others have just given up.

Taking me ages. :glum:
What really falls me is that people are so clever hiding behind a name and continually calling people out for their opinions! I like real people who can discuss things face to face, please make it a prerequisite that if you join the forum your actual name is visible. Cue posters leaving!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trouble is the technical support can't replicate the problem.

As I used to work in support I can appreciate their problem but I found that usually, the customer is right.

PC is very slow.

Samsung tablet says the site is unsafe as it does not recognise certificate. Therefore I have to access the website in unsafe mode.

iphone is working fine with no problems (although I know someone with an iPhone who is getting a similar message as I do on my tablet).
