I thought the club had trademarked the new logo to stop others cashing in.

Who's to say Mr Cleeve hasn't given permission for this mob to use our logo for a small fee??!!

Possibly, in which case I am happy to have taken some small part in the promotion of it.

By the look of it any fan can go on the moteefe site and use the logo to create a design, possibly not realising that it is infringing club copyright/trademark, assuming the club have registered the logo.

If it's not legit, shouldn't touch it with a bargepole.

It shows support for the club, or are you worried about losing too much money?  Could the club sell similar?  :scarf:

If there is a potential copywrite infringement and they are not being made with the club's authority then the club would surely lose revenue, I would have thought.

Yes, since November 2017, although it appears its not the Club that owns the copyright.

Looks like whoever is behind the "I love British Sport" Facebook page has used the club badges from a number of clubs from various sports.

You beat me to it. I was then about to ask the same question!

This one was registered as recently as October last year (2018).

Both copyrights owned personally by Mr Cleeve.
