Have the Reserves managed to find a replacement for Double G ?  If not then that’s two main shirt sponsors to be found.

How about MKM ?  They do a fair bit of Sport Sponsor in Lynn

Do we not have a commercial department who deal with these matters?  Or does everything fall on the Chairman ?

SC has Tweeted that the club haven't been paid for this season, so I guess we are free to negotiate with a new sponsor, but also said we hadn't been paid the 'promotion bonus' from last season, for me that would have started alarm bells ringing and may be an indication that we weren't in close enough contact with our main sponsor as we perhaps could have been.

The very fact that admission prices were going to go up regardless of whether we achieved promotion or not should have suggested something? :dontknow: :dontknow:

Inflation???
The club had a deficit for 2018/19 that was unsustainable so a step towards to balancing the books???
The club were paying over the odds for the manager/players for step 3 particularly compared to the fan base???

Delete any of the above as applicable but not really sure what admission prices has to do with the new kit unless you think the O'Neills contract is particularly good or bad financially for the club?

MYT Global the company apparently behind MYT Sports, MYT Flashy, MYT Training, MYT Media and Super Hyper applied  to be struck off the register back in January.
Had it not been for the news appearing on here I wonder how long it would have been for the club to realise they had lost their sponsor?

So if the management knew the sponsor had gone bust and would therefore lose a promotion bonus and struggle to find a new a sponsor at short notice, the only way to recoup any money was to raise prices. As luck would have it we gained promotion, if we hadn't then I think you would have seen lower crowds next season at the higher price, the big selling points for the raise were watching a higher level of football, and if you purchased a season ticket watching the reserves for free? One of those carrots has gone with the reserves being shipped out, can't see many fans forking out to watch them in Wisbech, even if they do get in for free, and hopefully Mr Cleeve will find a way to sustain the other one? Luckily the Trust are there to help a little bit with the ground improvements? :dontknow:

Well done Mr Stephen Cleeve.  The guy has found a new sponsor and hopes to announce it in the next few hours.

Now that’s what you call fast work.  All credit to the Chairman
