Mind you if its as expensive as some say they wont be able to afford to get p**sed.I agree, let's price the drinks out of reach so people don't spend in the bar, all the hard work in the club house just so people can go in and look. Thank god you're not in charge of marketing!

Glass glasses or not allowed on terraces , fact. If glass glasses were used in the bar they'd have to have someone permanently on the door to stop people taking then out. As for the queues issue, get there a bit earlier, simples.

I have never had to queue at any other ground at our level?

Surely the profit margin of buying at the BoxOffice is greater than buying online ? Every penny counts. Stephen Cleeve needs to upgrade the BoxOffice to get people through it quicker. Why can’t there be another ‘BoxOffice’ even if the tickets are pre-printed to bring the numbers waiting down ?

Would at least shift some of the queue elsewhere.

Surely some of the onus has to be put on the individual as to what time they set off, the club cannot be expected to cover every eventuality.

Dread to think where the queue will start when the likes of Boston/York come calling.
Quote from: Stan on September 03, 2019, 02:38:32 PMPersonally, if I am going to have a beer before the game then I would prefer to patronise the club bar, as it's now a great place to go and the club benefits. I realise that some don't see things that way.I also use the club bar on a match day, haven't been in the Napier for months, but people do start to tire of being slated for not supporting the club by drinking elsewhere. If the bar were to offer a better selection of drinks at a more reasonable price then more people would be attracted. Paying nearly £4 for a can or something that resembles dyke water puts people off, maybe the brewery who advertises at the ground could be approached?
