Just watched Vanarama National League Highlights on Freesports channel 64 on my tv assume its the same on all tv's.  worth a look.
 6 to 6.30 on Mondays.

They also show live speedway and ice hockey. Check it out.

Saw a lot of Swedish and Polish speedway on there last year
