Poster Identity
« on: October 15, 2019, 05:52:07 PM »
A while ago Grissles suggested that posters shouldn't hide behind made up names. I am concerned that some posters have more than one identity on this forum which they use to corner both sides of an argument and make it difficult for a fair debate to take place. So, I would like to know what posters think about this topic.
I think that Grissles is right and that by identifying who we are will make for a fairer and more civilised debating forum and that fair debate is in the best interests of the club as it will enable a broader range of views to be heard.

Those that want to be known, will be, or already are.
You really believe someone has 2 profiles, so he can argue amongst himself?
Why would anyone bother, when Grissles is always up for an argument?

But in the interests of fair play and honesty: my real name is Gary Brown, I live near Fakenham and am a teacher and sports coach.

Stan/Gary/Whoever....the whole thread is preposterous..... I am sure there are safeguards against dual identities...

Well, I asked Blue and Gold that same question and received no answer. Blue and Gold?

Having more than one identity is not only preposterous but cowardly. Over to you "KES80"

Well "Stan", you seem to be under an illusion that Mallard and I are one person...yet we gave you our names in a previous thread....you seem to disbelieve us.....so I am just reflecting exactly the same back to you....nothing more, nothing less.
I guess it's probably something to discuss further with B &G or Admin , if it's troubling you so much.

I think it's troubling you more! So, what is your full name then, Steve or whatever you called yourself?
