Good game tonight with a flying start which we needed; but something alarming was the way the crosses and free kicks were not quite defended properly; seem this must be addressed before the game at Southport; otherwise we could have a problem; the game against bpa was a classic example

Tenth league win of the season,as many league wins as we had in the whole of the season when we were last at this level. Good effort.

With Kelly and Carey now at last beginning to be a appreciated, we may have escaped the clutches of going for “tough” players or “holding” players in midfield.  Mobility is everything, going forwards or backwards throughout the game.  We have a very exciting attacking choice available at all times.  The defending will improve, IMHO, when we pick 2 CHs only, and get a real “forest of legs” behind the ball when we haven’t got it.
