Is this the furthest away fixture in terms of travel time ?
200 miles and a minimum of 4.5 hrs there and4.5 hrs back plus a 'stop' or two I guess.
Rumour has it, the team bus is being loaded up as I write ?
Please don't let this one be postponed, cos it's just not do able midweek.

Going for a 1-3 away win, even without the Gashman. Those boys are starting to realise how good they are. And as for our mini Vardy, clubs will soon be knocking on a hopefully closed door.

The team won’t be weakened by ANY player’s absence. A fluent team is available, as indeed it also is when MG is playing.

Hopefully wont be leg weary from the trip and will be able to carry on the good work from Tuesday's game. Interesting to look at the leading scorers in the football league and Conference and see which player has the most goals ( answer not to be revealed as is covered by the UNOFFICIAL SECRETS ACT!!). The only downside to the Leamington game were the goals given away ( A lack of discipline for the first goals a. free kick given away. b. Captain Clunan and McCaulay arguing with the ref- he wasn't going to change his decision- instead of getting on and organising the defence for the set piece!. Only a minor criticism and in what is developing as a notable season in Lynn's history.
COME ON YOU LINNETS!

With the goals we are conceding we have room for improvement that’s for sure. Little moments where defenders are switching off. Have a feeling IC will put those little bits and pieces right. You take it on the chin if a team opens you up to score or you concede to a ‘Worldie’ but the rest I’m sure we can cut out.

I would be more than happy with a point today - record against top half sides is 2 wins, 3 draws and 2 defeats and with Gash missing we will have to adapt our style, not saying the players aren't capable of that but against a top 6 side away from home that is one more thing we could do without. Would like to see Ward, Burrows and McAuley as a back three as I think we look a bit more solid with 3 at the back and a proper four across midfield, diamond might work against bottom six teams like Leamington but we have to be more compact without the ball against the better sides.

We won’t have to alter the style much without MG. True we would reduce the aerial attack to some degree but we have others who can do that job at set-pieces. We are at our best on the ground anyway, and that includes Michael. Good selection, but would have liked to see Carey in there. No matter, the squad is there if necessary, and we can be tighter without the ball by 9 or 10 behind the ball. A win today would be a big one. Also, we must all spread the word about this team, aiming to double the home crowd, to relieve the Chairman of some of the burden... he deserves it....

Just watched Marriott's goal on Saturday. The entire move, started from the keeper: like a work of art.
