 Absolutely outrageous  getting players and fans to travel only to get postponed  10 to 12 hour round trip only to go back in the week again .  Should  have been postponed yesterday with the weather across the whole country being dire .

A right royal pain to travel all that way on a Monday for no game. However, Lynn have done everything right and had the game gone ahead on a heavy, squelchy pitch it would have been a complete lottery and risked injuries.Lynn can go down there on a day when football will win out and the players can keep today in their memory banks and use it for added resolve on the day.
In a way, staying just one point ahead of York, makes sure that the focus doesn't slip in the slightest for the next few matches. COYL !

On a plus side the closer we are to Mike and Ryans return and Ross getting more time to heal. We're top of the league with 3 games in hand. 
That aside it was still completely out of order

I don't know the answer to this one but I guess the Club would, as they would know if they had to reimburse Alvechurch or not.

8.36 In the event of a match having to be postponed and one Club is found to be at fault then opponents for that match shall be compensated by the Club at fault. In the case of a visiting Club where it has undertaken all or part of its journey then travelling expenses and meal allowances may be claimed based on the total mileage involved in the whole journey.
