WLM, I think Alfie is more than capable (if not better) than MC in that role but IC has generally played him further up the pitch. When he got his chance in the York game after Jordon came off he looked far more 'natural' in that slightly deeper role. As for moving Aaron, I think you end up creating two 'compromises' both in the midfield and also at right back where he has proved a better option than Ross imo.As for teams marking Gash & Marriott, we have to have a plan B, earlier in the season Adam was still finding opportunities (and I think will continue to do so) but we also played through the midfield more with goals coming from a range of players. Still not convinced that isn't the way to carry on but with the arrival of Power we seemed committed to having a winger which has generally been at the expense of one of the other midfielders so maybe that is now the new plan B, so long as we don't adopt the panic measure plan X of Power and Hawkins both on the field at the same time as seen in the second half vs Kidderminster we should be OK.
Boston’s home game with Farsley been called along with 4 other games in our League. Not looking good.
Forecasts I have seen show just a couple of hours of light rain tomorrow. With strong drying winds overnight and tomorrow, I think it could well be on .
