Yeah almost identical and my understanding of what happened after lukes goal was a rule change so this couldn't happen again.

That is what i understood that a rule change had taken place. I thought that if this happened a goal kick should be awarded.

Or if they were sporting allow the opposition to score a goal!

It canít be done from a drop-ball anymore. As this was from a throw-in, perfectly legal.
