Pre Season starts
« on: August 17, 2020, 07:29:39 PM »
Unless i have missed something it is very quiet on the forum regarding why the 1st team game did not go ahead on saturday at Bishops Stortford or any details regards the U21s defeat at Norwich United.
Yes i know they are billed as friendlies but a little detail for those who have not seen the EDP today would be helpful as to what sort of team was put out at Norwich.

Reserves go again tonight away at Step 7 Parsons Drove.   Saturday away to Norwich Utd would have been a massive test against a side that will be pushing for promotion to step 4 next season.

Any news on the result v Parson Drove?

Stowmarket ask for no Linnets fans to attend tomorrow, hope people are responsible enough to follow the request

The U18s and U23s are both at Heacham FC tomorrow (2pm and 2-30pm) if people want to see the Linnets of the future (or so i have been told).

Additional friendly fixture added to the list.

With no spectators allowed to attend the Chairman, on his podcast said the game on Tuesday would be live streamed for a fiver.  Details to follow

View it B&G.
Donít know how many cameraís will be in action, but with restricted numbers  ( once the season starts ) its certainly a step in the right direct.
Hopefully a good few will buy into it.
