Veri Goodwin plaid along side. Veri was Blond life guard in South prt I believe#
he was at lynn for 1 season 57/58, scoring a few goals.Vickers/first season of
Ray Dixon,Lukr Pemberton,Williams Heagren and so so many more players who
had graced the Walks.

A very sad loss, Ronnie was a fantastic winger, quick, tricky and a fantastic crosser of the ball. R.I.P.

Shame there was no minute's silence at the game today.
Was this at the request of BT Sport?

Can we expect a minutes silence for Ronnie at the next home game?

Would people like to see the Club do this as a mark of respect for a Lynn Legend?

It's people that make the history. Seems pointless stating "since 1879" (debatable), if the history makers don't get remembered when they should.

Not "debatable" - just not true -  it's 1881, unless someone can prove otherwise with evidence from the time.

It would be nice if there was something in the Lynn News tomorrow regarding the passing of Ronnie.

"The family would like to Thank all the fans that have taken the time to write some lovely messages and memories on the linnets forum, we have read them all and they mean so much.

We would also like to say a special thank you to the Linnets fans that paid their respects outside the football ground on Friday, we did notice you and this gave us great comfort, Dad would have loved it!

Kind regards
