Probably the right decision for both parties, less and less opportunities for Ryan as we moved up the leagues and changes to the squad are an inevitable part of back to back promotions.

Possibly.......I personally always felt Ryan Hawkins had the ability to play at a good level....when given the chance he often produced and was a fairly regular scorer...still think at this level he was a useful squad player, if not a starter.......and perhaps a little unlucky to currently be behind the likes of Loza, Kelly and Power who have the pedigree, but also still have to produce at this level.

I personally thought Hawkins looked a yard slower this season and was alaways going to Struggle to find a place in the 16.

Did ok for us at steps 3 and 2.   Got us a good few pens. Who will forget his scream before the tackle and the fall in the box.   He never quite got that in the right order.

Wish the boy well.   Back to Aldiss park.  Maybe ?
